We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our tech team at Crowds Reach. As the development arm of Crowds Reach, Reach Labs powers all our digital, website, and software solutions. You will work on dynamic projects, build modern websites, and deliver seamless digital experiences for global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-quality websites using modern technologies
- Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web experiences
- Maintain and optimize existing websites for performance and security
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creative teams
- Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party tools when required
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth deployment
- Stay updated with latest web development trends and best practices
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress / Elementor (must-have)
- Understanding of PHP, MySQL, or any backend framework (bonus)
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with React, Vue, Laravel, or Node.js
- Knowledge of version control (Git)
- Experience working with APIs
