Business Lead for International Sales

Responsibilities:
- 1. Client Acquisition and Onboarding
- Identify & Target International Clients: Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and onboard high-value international clients across various digital services and products.
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to tailor approaches and identify new business opportunities.
- 2. Sales Funnel Creation and Optimization
- Develop Sales Funnels: Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Utilize analytics tools to track funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to align sales funnels with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
- 3. Performance Marketing
- Strategize and Implement Campaigns: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation and sales growth.
- Optimize Campaigns: Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product Teams: Coordinate with product teams to ensure client requirements are met and products are delivered as per expectations.
- Support Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives and strategies to drive overall company growth.
Requirements:
- 1. Experience and Skills
- Proven Track Record: 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in business development, client acquisition, and performance marketing within the media/tech industry or a related field with international clients.
- Sales and Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of sales funnel creation, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- International Market Knowledge: Experience in onboarding and managing international clients, with a deep understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to secure high-value contracts.
- 2. Technical Proficiency
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency with performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Apollo, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with media-tech products and services, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- 3. Education and Qualifications
- Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.
- Language Skills: Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, fluency in both Bangla & English is a requirement.
